Storage Diesel Tanks
Storage Diesel Tanks for fuel storage approved by the Ministry of Internal Affairs according to Decree 31/07/1934 as well as the further amendments of Decree 19/03/1990, through the Testing Certificate no. 5127/4113 signature 247 of 26/10/1998 and following of 21.05.2009. From 490 liters to 9000 liters, PRONTOenergy Fuel is used in mines, on building sites, by road transport companies, agricultural companies etc.
CHARACTERISTICS:
Storage diesel tanks made of premium carbon steel S235JR in compliance with EN10025/93 thickness 30/10, with cylindrical horizontal axis on saddle support. 400 mm manhole with bolts and gaskets; 3" lockable rapid coupling; overfilling prevention valve calibrated at 90%; 1"1/2 vent with flame-arrestor mesh; mechanical level indicator. At the bottom of the tanks there is a drain plug for the scheduled maintenance operations. The suction pipe is raised in order to allow the proper settling of the fuel and is equipped with check valve and filter. The storage diesel tanks is pretreated with a double epoxy primer layer and finished with a double layer of RAL 6018 shiny green two-part polyurethane finish, subject to phosphatising. Storage diesel tanks approved in compliance with Decree 19.03.1990.
FUELLING SYSTEM:
Located inside a metal orange dispensing cabinet RAL 2008 equipped with key lock and self-priming rotary vane electro-pump, flow rate from 55 to 120 LT/min with built in by-pass valve, 220 volt a.c. motor. The system also includes: switchboard, minimum level pump shut-off switch, green voltage light, red light for empty tanks and system arrest, emergency pushbutton, pump start/stop pushbutton, fuel meter for non commercial use only, subtotals can be set to zero and progressive total counter, a line filter, a 1" antistatic rubber hose with automatic fuel nozzle.
ROOF SYSTEM:
It includes 4 hot-dip galvanised vertical pillars and upper frame; it is covered with zinc-coated profiled sheets to protect the tanks from atmospheric agents.
BASIN:
Containment basin made of premium carbon steel sheet S235JR compliant with EN 10025/93 with self-bearing round frame designed and bolted to the tanks’ bottom supports. Given the capacity of the tanks, in compliance with the safety provisions set forth by Decree 19/03/1990, it features: earth connection point, catch basin and ball-type discharge valve. The structure is pretreated with a double epoxy primer layer and finished with a double layer of RAL 6018 shiny green two-part polyurethane finish, subject to phosphatising.
The storage diesel tanks is delivered alongside its use and maintenance manual, certificate of conformity approved by the Ministry of Internal Affairs as well as other certificates complying with the standards in force; conversion table of the level indicator.
